This website is operated by Right Click, acting as communication partner on behalf of the SAFARI project.
SAFARI is a collaborative research project involving 25 partner organisations and funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme, Grant Agreement No. 101147432.
This website reflects only the views of the project partners. The European Commission is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained herein.

6. Sharing of personal data within the Project
Personal data collected by Right Click may be shared with the 25 Project partners where this is strictly necessary for:

· fulfilling reporting, dissemination, or evaluation obligations under the Horizon Europe Grant Agreement
Project partners are contractually bound to process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
Personal data is never shared for commercial purposes.

We have no influence over and assume no responsibility for the data processing operations carried out by these platforms. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest in project communication and dissemination (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where social media content is embedded on this website, it is displayed only after consent or user interaction, where required.
9. Data storage and international transfers

· Newsletter data is processed using Brevo
· Survey data is processed using SurveyMonkey
· Event registration data, contact lists, and project-related administrative data are stored and managed using Microsoft SharePoint (Microsoft 365)
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Data sharing
We do not sell or commercially exploit personal data.
Personal data may be processed on our behalf by the following service providers acting as data processors:
· Webflow – website hosting and CMS
· Matomo – website analytics
· Brevo – newsletter distribution and mailing list management
· SurveyMonkey – online surveys and questionnaires
· Microsoft (SharePoint / Microsoft 365) – storage and management of project-related administrative data
These providers process personal data solely on our instructions and under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
11. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
12. Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.In the event of a personal data breach, we will comply with applicable legal obligations, including notification to the competent supervisory authorities where required by law.
